2025 China-Japan-Korea Symposium on Analytical Chemistry（CJK 2025）

Format for presentation: PDF slides or 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows. In case of Mac presentations, when choosing fonts for your presentation, please use the fonts you find on the Windows Office Compatible sub-menu and you'll have no trouble with PowerPoint for Windows.

To avoid the rush of the presentation setup and wasting time, you are strongly advised to check the compatibility of your PPT presentation file.

Please bring a copy of your presentation on USB storage device to load to the symposium computer at least 2 hours before your presentation or the day before in case of first morning sessions. Our staff there will help you to make sure all fonts and/or audio/video clips are working properly.
If you are not able to supply your electronic PPT file, please ensure to load it on the symposium computer at least 30 minutes before the session begins. For time-saving purpose, your own laptop is not encouraged for presentation.
If you insist on using your own laptop, please communicate at much early time of your presentation with our presentation managing staff to make sure that your presentation can be setup correctly.

We guarantee that all the PPT files will be destroyed at the end of the symposium.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in English and be in the format 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), please post the posters according to the numbering, and tapes will be provided. Please mount your poster on the corresponding board marked with your poster number.

Set-up Time: Before 12:00 on Saturday, November 22^nd

Removal Time: After 12:00 on Sunday, November 23^th

Please make sure your posters are set up and removed during designated times. Posters that are not removed during the designated time will be considered abandoned.

Transportation Tips

From Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport——62 km

By bus：

Attendees can take Airport Express Zhangzhou Line of Xiamen Gaoqi Airport (Boarding at T3 / T4 Terminal) to Zhangzhou City Hotel Station. The fare is about 40 RMB (approx. $6), with a travel time of about 1 hour 10 min.

From Zhangzhou Railway Station——13 km

By taxi/car：

The taxi fare from the airport to the Zhangzhou City Hotel Hotel is about 30 RMB (approx. $5), with a travel time of about 30-40 min.

By bus：

Attendees can walk 15 m to Zhangzhou railway Station Bus Station, take the No. 11/29 bus to Zhangzhou City Hotel. The fare is about 2 RMB (approx. $0.5), with a travel time of about 50 min.
